Join us for a 30-minute Somatic Movement Flow designed to melt stress and teach you somatic skills for those emotionally difficult moments. This gentle practice draws insight from Somatic Physiology, Polyvagal Theory, and Yoga. Practice from a mat or bed, and have a pillow and blanket for support.

About the event

Discover the power of somatic movement combined with yoga in our class! While somatic movement helps you explore your body’s sensations and emotional reactions, yoga poses strengthen and stretch, allowing stress and stuck energy to flow freely.


It’s absolutely normal to sigh, cry, yawn, or feel tired as you release tension and activate your Vagus Nerve, helping your Nervous System find its calm. This class is open to anyone who can move their limbs freely and can be practiced from a chair or by lying down. My hope is that you feel encouraged to connect mindful awareness of your body in a supportive, non-judgmental space.
