Who are ya, Katt? My name is Katt Townsend, LCSW and Somatic Practitioner. I moved to Tulsa from OKC in 2021 and have fallen head over heels for this tiny town with all these big hearts living in it. Helping people who have endured attachment trauma and chronic stress from the daily grind of living in the U.S.A learn how to thrive with boundaries, somatic care and trauma healing is what gets my coffee started in the morning. I love what I do, how I do it and who I get to do it with!!
