Join us for a transformative 2-hour workshop where we will explore and honor anger as a natural, vital part of our emotional landscape. Together, we’ll:


- Break down the physical and emotional needs of anger  

- Examine the stories and beliefs we hold about anger’s place in our lives and relationships  

- Engage in somatic movement practices to release and express anger in a safe, healthy way  

- Integrate everything we learn, honoring the unique ways anger shows up for each of us
