I specialize in helping hyper-independent adults slow down and connect to their inner-world using a Somatic approach so you're able to transform the way you relate to your unique body, mind and soul.

 

My background of studies is in Human Development, Somatic Psychology, Polyvagal Theory and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

 

Within these frameworks, I know how to tune into others' Nervous Systems with my grounded energy in order to help you rewire your Nervous System to seek safety, pleasure, rest, play, intimacy and so much more.

Every Wednesday 7pm cst

In this online 30-minute Somatics class, participants are guided through simple, yet powerful movements that elicit their Parasympathetic Nervous System response (aka Rest & Digest).

It is intended to let the body release stress. Participants often report their bodies having urges to sigh, cry, have a grumbling stomach, yawn and feel tired. The good news is, these are all signs that the nervous system is releasing tension.

My aim is to help participants gently explore their bodily sensations in a non-judgmental way to release stress and fill up on what feels supportive to their well-being.
